Daily allowance

If you are insured with the Artists' Unemployment Fund, you are entitled to unemployment benefits if you become unemployed. This applies if you fulfil the following conditions the employment requirement.

Sign up for unemployment

The earliest you can receive unemployment benefits is the day you register with the job centre as unemployed. Therefore, you must register at the job centre on your first day of unemployment. You can either go in person to your local job centre or sign up via jobnet.dk.

Submit unemployment benefit card

Send your unemployment benefit card a week before the end of the month to ensure you receive your money on the last banking day of the month.

The earliest you can submit the card is six business days before the end of the month. The card must contain information for the entire month. If you send it before the end of the month, you must include the number of hours you expect to work in the last days of the month.

The unemployment benefit card is submitted online via self-service.
